User and Role Management

Admin can have better control on the video limit which a user can take simultaneously.
Multiple Channel Management
You can create Multiple channels for yourself as well as for your clients. For each channel you can set a dedicated team, restrictions and visibility of the video and its related tasks. Channel Management helps to easily track all the videos related to an individual channel and gives a bird eye view of the number of videos in each phase to make a better decision.
Weekly Team Report
Managing a team of 10, 20 or 30 people is a cumbersome task. Especially, when it comes to number and tracking weekly or monthly activity for each individual. At any given point of time, there will be 100’s of videos which will be “In Progress” and 100’s of videos which got completed. With just one click get the complete weekly report and send payment to track which video has been paid and which is not.
Tracking Video Progress with single Click
A complete Board for all your channels and finding out how many videos are in Script Phase, Voice over Phase, Video Editing Phase, how many videos are in Revision and how many Video has been uploaded is no more a nightmare. You can track progress based on channel, search any video and mark them Archive once it is successfully Uploaded.
Dashboard and Reporting
An interactive Dashboard which will help you to identify individual user weekly/monthly productivity and measure success. You can get access to videos which are running behind due dates so that you can expedite them. Your client can see weekly/monthly success.
